Coffee Break Ministry
Coffee Break Ministry began in 1977 and welcomes women from any and all church denominations. Coffee Break is an in-depth Bible study for women. We meet on Tuesday mornings from 9:15 to 11:00 from September through April at the New Era Reformed Church, located at 4775 S First St. Infant care and Story Hour for pre-school aged children is available during this time. We open each Tuesday morning with a cup of coffee and a cookie before splitting up into smaller groups.
When the season begins in September, the women are assigned to a group. We try to keep our groups small to encourage as much individual participation as possible. This also allows for a closeness to develop between the women in each group, as they share personal prayer concerns throughout the season.
